The Sunshine Coast real estate market has experienced robust activity from April to June, marked by high demand and strong auction results.

This quarter, the region has consistently seen an average of 3.6 registered bidders per auction, indicating a competitive environment and keen buyer interest.

Buyer interest has surged, driven by the attractive lifestyle offerings of the Sunshine Coast, coupled with favourable market conditions, which has resulted in increased attendance and participation at auctions.

Properties have performed well under the hammer, reflecting the high demand. Sellers have been able to achieve desirable prices, with many properties exceeding their reserve prices.

Each auction has showcased a healthy competitive atmosphere with the level of engagement from bidders’ instrumental in driving up final sale prices.

The Sunshine Coast continues to be a preferred destination for both local and interstate buyers seeking a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

On the Sunshine Coast, the highest auction sale achieved was $3.65 million and the lowest was $945,000.
