At the beginning of each month, we’ll be providing insights and statistics on recent auction results from across Australia and New Zealand, as well as the most interesting auctions from the previous few weeks.
Here’s a feature auction snippet from this month’s report;
“Showcasing this strong buyer demand was the Kollosche team of Sam and Julia’s auction at 38 Rumrunner St, Mermaid Waters. A renovator on wide water and skyline views that had the seven registered in a frenzy of bidding in front of a 40-strong crowd on the rear deck.
The most heart-warming moment was immediately after the hammer came down and I uttered the words, “Sold!” The buyer screamed in celebration, high-fived me, and said, “Finally my first home in 67 years!”
